Difference Of Different Type Of Backhoe Loaders

Backhoe Loader widely used for road construction and maintenance, cable laying, power and airport engineering, municipal construction, farmland water conservancy, housing construction, mountain cutting and stone taking etc. various construction projects engaged in by various small construction teams. 

Due to the urbanization rate has been very high, infrastructure construction is more inclined to elaborate stage, in the local road maintenance, small-scale engineering facilities construction, backhoes and other multi-purpose small engineering machinery equipment is more practical.

As for Yaweh experience, we would like to help customers to differentiate the backhoe loader types for different usages.

1. From the point of structure, there are two forms of backhoe loader: 

l One is with sideway sliding function

l The other is without sideway sliding function 

The biggest characteristic of the former is that the excavation device can be moved sideways, which is convenient for working in special sites. It has a lower center of gravity in transportation state, which is conducive to loading and transportation. Disadvantages are: due to structural limitations, the legs are straight legs, the support point is within the wheel edge, the distance between the two support points is small, the stability of the whole machine is poor when excavating.

2. From the perspective of power distribution there are:

l The two (rear) wheel drive 

l And Four (all-wheel) wheel drive. 

The former cannot make full use of the attached weight, so that the adhesion and traction force between the locomotive and the ground is lower than the latter, but the cost is much lower than the latter.

3. From the difference of chassis: 

l The power of the backhoe is mostly below 20kW, the weight of the whole machine is 1000-3000kg, the crawler walking mechanism is adopted, the walking speed is less than 5km/h, and it is mostly used for small-scale earthmoving operations such as farms and gardens.

l In the 30-60KW machine weight is larger, the mass is about 5000-8000kg, the mining capacity is strong, the use of wheel walking mechanism, all-wheel drive, the use of steering drive axle or hinged steering, the speed is high, up to 20km/h above, a large number of foreign used for farm, infrastructure, road maintenance and other engineering earthwork and large construction site auxiliary operations.
