How to use forklifts and cranes safely ?

Crane:

1. Check the machinery and locks of the crane every day to ensure their good performance;

2. Post relevant operating instructions in the cab: operating speed, load capacity, illustrated gesture;

3. The driver needs to know the exact length and angle of the boom;

4. Replace worn parts in time;  

5. Keep away from power lines within the lifting range to avoid accidents;  

6. In the lifting area, there should be appropriate guardrails and construction marks for safe and convenient access;  

Forklift:

1. The driver shall work with a license;

2. Car body appearance and accessories are intact;

3. Special equipment certificate is valid;

4. tire wear does not exceed the standard;

5. the lifting chain is firm, with no shortage of oil;

6. Tooth fork, door frame, and positioning pin are in good condition;

7. Oil cylinder and oil pipe do not leak oil;

8. hydraulic pressure, oil, electricity, water temperature normal;

9. Headlights, brake lights, and turn signals are normal ;

10. tooth fork for normal.
